• Fitness Data: Appointment history, program progress, and session notes related to your training.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information for crash reporting and app functionality.

• To manage your training appointments and class enrollments.
• To provide you with personalized workout programs.
• To communicate with you regarding your sessions, payments, or account updates.
• To process payments via our third-party provider, Square.

4. SMS Policy

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from FitLife PTS for appointment reminders, account updates, and fitness-related communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

• Service Providers: We use Square for payment processing. Your payment details are handled securely by them.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Account and profile data (name, email, phone number, profile picture) is retained for as long as your account remains active, so we can provide our services to you.
• Fitness and training data (appointments, program progress, session notes) is retained for the duration of your account so you can access your training history.
• Messages and communications (in-app messages, SMS, and email correspondence) are retained while your account is active to maintain a record of our communications with you.
• Payment and transaction records are retained for as long as required to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, which may extend beyond account closure as mandated by applicable law.
• Device and crash-reporting data is retained only for a limited period as needed for diagnostics and app stability.

When you request deletion of your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as financial and tax records), which we retain only for the period required by law and then securely delete. We do not retain your data indefinitely.
